Website content, free resources, digital products and coaching are provided for career development and educational purposes. They do not replace medical, mental health, legal, tax, immigration or financial advice. Career coaching does not diagnose or treat burnout or any medical or mental health condition.

You remain responsible for your decisions, applications, negotiations and actions. Glowth Mindset does not guarantee employment, promotion, income, interview success or a particular career outcome.

Paid sessions and digital products

Prices, availability, delivery details and product-specific terms are shown at checkout. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, time-based services and digital products are non-refundable. Career Strategy Session bookings may be moved once when at least 48 hours' notice is given. Late cancellations and missed appointments are treated as used. Genuine emergencies may be reviewed at Julia's discretion. If Glowth Mindset cancels a booked session, you may reschedule or receive a refund for that session.

Availability and changes

Glowth Mindset may update, pause or remove website content, resources and services. The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside Glowth Mindset's control.

Liability

Glowth Mindset takes reasonable care when preparing website content but cannot promise that every page will always be complete, current or free from error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glowth Mindset is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, reliance on general information, or use of an external website.
